Adam Boucher of Ardent Mills will speak on the manufacturing of flour products and the engineering that goes into those processes.  (arranged by Al Curtis)

Adam grew up in Collierville, TN a suburb outside of Memphis, TN. He attended the University of Tennessee - Knoxville where he earned a BS in Food and Agricultural Business. Adam found Ardent Mills through a career fair where he had the opportunity to serve as a summer intern at one of their locations in Alton, IL. After graduating from UT, Adam accepted an offer to work for Ardent Mills and began his career back at the Alton, IL facility in January of 2015. He later moved to Decatur, AL to work at as a Production Supervisor in the Packaging department in December of 2015. Currently Adam works as an Elevator Supervisor at Ardent Mills in Chattanooga which is located on the Tennessee River. Adam has been at this facility 2 years now and manages all of the incoming grain, its storage, and its quality characteristics before it is sent to the mill to be ground into flour. 

Visitors are always welcome.  

Registration is only required for those club Members who wish to receive a 1-hr PDH certificate afterward if appropriate.
