Topic: Effective Building Operation
The program will discuss “Effective Building Operation” throughout a building’s Life Cycle major events including a) meeting owner requirements, b) design basis, limitations, and reviews, c) O&M submittals, d) commissioning, test and balance, e) variation from basis of design, f) final acceptance, and g) identification of rehabilitation projects.
Alan K. Pride currently serves as the Vice President of PMA Consulting, Inc. Alan is a certified commissioning agent along with having training in O&M and condition assessments.
