Dr. Li Yang and Dr. Dalei Wu, professors at UTC, will present their research on integrating cutting-edge technologies of sensing, networking, and artificial intelligence to monitor and map underground infrastructure such as water and sewer pipes, electrical conduits, and others.  Real-time and automated sensing and mapping of this infrastructure is essential for maintainability and serviceability of these subsurface assets.

Dr. Yang is a Guerry Professor and the Director of UTC Information Security Center as well as a Program Director at National Science Foundation, and Dr Wu is a UTC Foundation Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.

Pizza will be available for $5.00 for those who register ahead of time.
