Colonial Chemical is a 33 year old specialty chemical manufacturing company located in New Hope, TN.  It is a global supplier of surfactants to over 700 manufacturers of finished goods in the personal care, household and industrial markets.  Colonial is an innovator in the green surfactant space, holding 18 patents for the manufacture and use of mild, bio-based surfactants.

Doug Wynn, Vice President of Operations, will represent Colonial Chemical. 

Doug has 25 years of chemical production management experience, the last 11 plus at Colonial.  Doug holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and is the founding chairman of the Greater Marion County Manufacturing Association.

MFG Chemicalfounded in 1980 and headquartered in Dalton, GA, is a specialty and custom contract manufacturer of complex chemistries, with a focus on the water, oil/gas, coatings and personal care industries. Exacting quality products are achieved through technical innovation, collaborative product development, manufacturing excellence and superior customer service. 

George Graham, Ph.D,PE, Vice President of Operations, will represent MFG Chemical.

George is a new executive at MFG Chemical.  George was the Director of Wacker Institute at Chattanooga State and Assistant Professor of Manufacturing and Industrial Technology at Tennessee Technology University.  His manufacturing operation experience included 6 years as Director of Operations at Wacker Chemie and 8 years engineering roles with Millikan & Company.  George has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from TTU and MS and Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Participants may receive 1 PDH credit by email after the session if requested during registration.
