Design-Build-Operate-Maintain: What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

This month’s chapter program will give us the opportunity to learn more about building, operating and maintaining a building from Environmental Air Systems, LLC.

Built solutions rely on numerous participants to plan, design, construct, operate, and maintain. This program takes a whimsical look at real world traps that can/do occur and offers a lessons learned perspective on how to mitigate/avoid recurrence. Content covers the following topics:

-        The Design Disconnect

-        The Construction Disconnect

-        The O&M Disconnect
