In November of 2020, with a team of technologists, museum directors, curators, artists, designers, storytellers, and provocateurs began to explore what a new model for the cultural heritage industry might look like. How could cultural institutions be less dependent on the in-person visitor experience? How could cultural institutions be less reliant on galas and once-a-year fundraising events? How can the permanence of the blockchain and its ability to decentralize knowledge align with the industry's dedication to preservation?

He will talk about how the company is utilizing blockchain technology and NFTs supporting various industries. Chris will talk about how NFT is more than experiences being viewed on a phone or a computer and should not be dismissing NFTs as only about money. Instead, NFTs are really an entirely new artistic medium and a perfect platform to tell stories and create exhibits in a new way.
