Monday, June 13, 2022 @ noon EST

Speaker:  Kelli Richardson, PE, CPESC - Chief Engineer at Brown Bros., Inc., a licensed Professional Engineer in TN, GA, & AL, and is a member of the TSPE, where she serves as the Secretary for the State of TSPE Board, State Awards Committee Chair, and the E-Week Banquet Chair for the TSPE Chattanooga Chapter. Sutton People to People Award and TSPE State Distinguished Service Award.

Engineers Day on the Hill is an annual initiative of the Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE). It is the annual policy briefing and lobby day for practicing engineers to discuss issues concerning the engineering profession. It directly connects TSPE members with State Senators and Representatives in Nashville to discuss topics affecting the engineering industry. All members are encouraged to participate.

The 2022 Engineers Day on the Hill was held on March 1, 2022. Kasey Anderson is the Executive Director of TSPE and American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). She coordinates the schedules with lawmakers and provides discussion guidelines for participants. This presentation will discuss the 2022 Engineers Day on the Hill, current Tennessee legislation impacting the engineering profession, and why it is important to be informed on industry trends or changes.
