CEC - Announcing and Planning 100th Year Anniversary

The Chattanooga Engineers Club was organized 100 years ago on March 24, 1924. The Club will celebrate this milestone with several regional activities throughout the week such as the launch of a virtual engineering museum.

The celebration day will be on Monday March 25th. 

Greg Sedrick is leading a planning committee consisting of several past presidents.  Currently, the activities being planned are:

• a social event, at the Tennessee Challenger Center. 
• a presentation at the Benwood Foundation Auditorium in the College of Engineering, Math and Computer Science Building.

Both on the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga campus.

Project timeline:

Project proposal by November 17th

Project presentation in December

Prototype exhibit in Feb (during E Week)
