Innovation Ecosystems for Sustainable Mobility (defined as the future-forward movement of people, goods, energy and data)

The IEEE Chattanooga Section and PES Chapter invite you to join us on July 24, 11:15 AM EDT, for an in-person Lunch-and-Learn to hear Tasia Malakasis from CO.LAB discuss innovation in the power sector.

Speaker: Tasia Malakasis, CEO of CO.LAB

CO.LAB is a Chattanooga-based nonprofit startup accelerator dedicated to scaling companies with their core tools and resources to create value, jobs and build community.

With 25+ corporate and industry partners, 500+ mentor and investor connections and internationally renowned programming, CO.LAB is taking the idea of mobilizing startups to the next level.

Tasia Malakasis, CO.LAB's CEO, is a tech-industry veteran, serial entrepreneur and former head of an award-winning company. She's the second female CEO in The Company Lab's 11-year existence. Prior to joining CO.LAB, speaker Tasia Malakasis spent 15 years supporting high-tech industries across the country, from Silicon Valley to New York — focusing on monetizing websites for brands like DoubleClick which sold for $3.1 billion in 2007.

Tasia will cover CO.LAB's mission and portfolio companies that can provide new innovations in the power sector such as electric vehicles, data centers, and energy efficiency.
