This virtual Joint Section Meeting will focus on the upcoming changes in ISO 9001:2026 —what’s new, what’s evolving, and how organizations can begin preparing now.
This session will be led by Mike Williams , a long‑time ASQ member and past chair of the Chattanooga Section. Mike brings over 40 years of experience in quality and process auditing, beginning his career at Motorola working for Bill Smith and becoming a Six Sigma Black Belt , Certified Quality Engineer , and Certified Quality Auditor . He has deep roots with ISO 9001 dating back to its inception and even participated in ASQ’s review of the 2015 draft revision . He currently serves as the Quality Assurance Coordinator at Southern Technologies Corporation in Chattanooga, TN, and previously worked as an ISO lead auditor for DQS‑US .
This will be a live online presentation, close with an open question‑and‑answer session , giving attendees the chance to engage directly with Mike on the upcoming standard changes.
